Mercruiser 496 8.1 block, heads and intake as shown in pics

Motor was rebuilt by a local well respected machine shop

I had it rebuilt because at the time Mercruiser was in backorder. It couldn't be built for that customer in time so we bought a different one to get that boat done. I proceeded anyway just to have. 

If local and I install I will warranty. If being shipped no warranty applies. I won't warranty something I can't put together and see it thru. 

Selling only in USA , again warranty only locally and I do the install. NO OUT OF STATE WARRANTIES APPLY.
