Overstock Boat Parts brings you this SINGLE BRAND NEW Tempress Vinyl Boat Folding Fishing Seat. Tempress All Weather Boat Seats are made with corrosion-resistant polypropylene seat shells, connected with heavy-duty stainless steel rivets. This seat measures approximately 18" wide x 19" high (11 1/2" folded) x 20 1/2" deep overall and uses the  5 1/4" by 5 1/4 bolt pattern.

These folding fishing seats are brand new, but do have minor cosmetic damage from storage and display as depicted in our photographs. Any flaws that we have found have been repaired with a clear vinyl glue to assist in the prevention of further damage. Please review our photographs and descriptions prior to purchasing.

• Seat #1 in this listing has 1/2" cut on the front bottom of the seat.

Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 14 day return policy.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the eBay buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping. You MUST contact us via eBay message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.   

Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT; contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or unsellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED rejected by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on “free shipping” items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  If your physical address falls under one of these areas, we will contact and invoice you via PayPal for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.
