Up for bid is an early Model T Ford Low head.  From what I have gathered this is a mid 1910 to summer 1912 version.  See this link: http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/331880/398850.html?1383621858  I got it for a spare, thinking it was a late 12 to early 13 that I needed.  But since it is for an earlier I think its better to get used than sitting on my shelf.  It measurs just a hair over 1 13/16"  Normally they are 2 inches from top of the bolt hole to the bottom of the head, but it seems from what others have said the early ones vary.  Eitherway, it adds a bit to compression!

It must of had a crack in the top portion of the water outlet area, which must be common since out of 5 low heads I have, 3 have cracks in this area.  It was leaded in and over.  It may not leak since Ts arent pressurized in the cooling system, or melt it off and JB weld it.

The bottom looks pretty clean.  After de rusting it, it may work just fine or a tad could be taken off for cleaning it up.  I have pictures of the plug threads, which will have to be cleaned and chased.  I did not see any cracks, but its dirty and has not been magnafluxed.  I did see something that may be a crack on each side around a water hole and head bolt hole.  It may not go down far and could be a manufactoring flaw as well.  But I wanted to point it out just in case.

Its heavy and will be packed well!  Please check the pictures for details and condition.
