This auction is for one taillight for the right (passenger) side of 1939 Mercury cars.

This is a used taillight which includes the tail light housing, red glass lens and internal brackets.  There is no end cap or trim for the end cap.  Please look closely at the pictures to be sure this is what you need.  Only the parts shown are included in the auction.

There are no chips, cracks or damage to the glass lens.  The metal parts have surface rust and minor dings, but can be refinished and used.  There is no rust perforation.  The lens is a dark red color with no discoloration and has “Stimsonite” and “DUOLAMP” cast in the glass.  The housing has DUOLAMP marked in it.  This is a correct replacement for a 1939 Mercury taillight.
