PPM Ultimate 300M Alloy I-Beam Connecting rod is designed for the applications where rod strength is the number one concern rated in excess of 300+HP per cylinder.

I-Beam Connecting Rods minimized the total weight.

1. 100% premium 300M forged billet steel
2. Strict forge and heat treatment processed forgings, hardness of 38-46 HR C.
3. Aluminium/Silicon/Bronz alloy bushing
4. 3D software re-designed critical C-bore area, special CNC machining ensure smooth connection and free of sharp edge, significantly improved strength
5. Standard equipped with ARP2000 bolts (220,000PSI)but also available with ARP 625+ for extra cost.
6. Accurate sized and edge chamfered dowel sleeve for easy and accurate re-assembling.
7. Sunnen hone solution for all big bore and pin bore finishing.
8. Enlarged mating surface increase mating area strength significantly and grinded mating surface makes re-assembling job accurate and easy.
9. Thread-end is blinded to same length as bolt
10. Radial grooved bushing crates an oil reservoir within PE improving pin lubrication.
11. Cap is designed thicker than beam to increase strength.

Shipping Process

Shelf orders are normally shipped within 3 days via UPS, Fed Ex or TNT Express. Customer assumes responsibility for all freight charges. All Drop shipments will incur a $25.00 fee. An additional $25.00 charge will be added for all non- UPS, Fed Ex or TNT Express International shipments. Should we have to manufacture some orders that are not in stock, shipping will take 6-8 Weeks from the order date.

Returns & Refund

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 30 days and in new unused condition. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will only accept returns purchased directly from PPMRACE with the original invoice number and date for each item returned for credit. Custom Connecting rods are not returnable.
