These steel bellhousings are WISSOTA approved for Midwest Modifieds and work with both small block Chevy and small block Ford engine bolt patterns. They allow for use with Muncie/Saginaw style transmissions.
- SBC and SBF engine bolt patterns
- Adapts either engine to Muncie/Saginaw pattern transmissions including BERT, Brinn, Falcon, etc.
- Bottom opening for easy access
- Does NOT have provision for stock style clutch arm
- WISSOTA approved for Midwest Modifieds
- Non SFI rated
- NOT for street use
- Must be used with a 153 tooth (Chevy) or 157 tooth (Ford) or smaller flexplate/flywheel

Summary: Had to have a steel bell housing and this fit my needs at a reasonable price.

Summary: Running on a small block ford with a Bert transmission fits and mounts great. The only issue i had was the clearance of the counter weight on the flex plate to the starter. Using a later model ford stock starter had to clearance the starter using a 4" grinder with a flapper sanding disc and sanded the starter mounting face. If you have a zero balance flex plate this would not be an issue, but you have to have a zero balance rotating assembly. Also you cant use the sheet metal spacer plate.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Summary: Most bellhousings like this cost over $100 more. There are lighter ones out there but this is for sure the best bang for the buck.

Returned merchandise must include all packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. If the items being returned need to be repackaged, there will be a repacking charge. Repack the item in a sturdy box, include a copy of your invoice and complete the form on the back of the invoice. You must ship orders back PREPAID. WE DO NOT ACCEPT COD SHIPMENTS. All exchanges need to have reshipping charges included.
All fiberglass items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. No returns on electrical parts, video tapes, and books unless they are defective. Absolutely no returns on special order or closeout merchandise.

- Accepted Payment Methods - PayPal and major credit cards are accepted. Sales tax at 7% will apply for customers in Nebraska & Indiana. Sales tax of 8.7% will apply to customers in WA.
