-This "Charger Repair Kit" contains the three most common items that are prone to failure in a Club Car PowerDrive 2 golf car charger. It also includes thermal paste to apply to the back of the diode to help the charger with heat transfer to prevent problems in the future.

-Included in this kit are:
       5 Charger Relays
       5 Diode/Rectifiers
       5 Circuit Breakers
          5 Packages of Thermal Heatsink Paste

-Symptoms are listed for each item in the second photograph above.

-All of these components are direct Club Car Original Equipment (OEM) replacement parts.

-All components are brand new and will work with all PowerDrive 2 chargers. PowerDrive 1 chargers can use the power relay and circuit breaker. Early model PowerDrive 3 chargers can use the diode and circuit breaker.

--Installation is extremely easy. The only tool required is a Phillips screwdriver to remove the cover over the charger. Once the cover is removed, the relay and diode will unscrew from the base of the charger, and the circuit breaker will snap out of place. Total repair time is approximately 5 minutes. A free wiring diagram for charger is available by request. It may either be emailed, or printed and included in the package.
