We accept payment by:
Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and E-Check. PLEASE NOTE: PayPal holds all E-Checks for up to 10 days and then releases the funds, at which point your order will be processed and shipped. For all international orders, the buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees and/or taxes.
Sales Tax (8.25%) is charged on items shipping/billed to a California address.
UNPAID ITEMS: Any item that has not been paid for within 10 days of your commitment to buy will begin an Unpaid Item Claim against you in the Resolution Center.

We ship MOST items Worldwide! Shipping is usually within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment. Occasionally, some orders may take a little longer. If you're within the Continental United States, expedited shipping time is generally between 2 and 9 days. International orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Once your item leaves our warehouse, we will send an email to your eBay registered email account as well as your eBay Messages Inbox with your tracking information. On occasion, some tracking numbers may take 24 hours to fully register in the FedEx or USPS tracking systems.

We will gladly accept your return. Items can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before being sent back to our warehouse. Please contact us at 661-245-2000 or (888) 406-1844 to obtain an RMA number. If it has been more than 14 days and the item has a manufacturers' warranty, you will need to contact them directly.

Buyer pays for return shipping.
All returns are for merchandise/store credit.

Defective items will be replaced with brand new of the same item. According to our return policy there will be a 25% restocking fee if the item is being returned for reasons other than defect.
