While living in his Volkswagen Bus and only the task of riding a bike on his to-do list, Nick Martin began a simple mission: sell all of his worldly possessions on eBay.  Minus his bike and his bus, Nick sold everything.


Fast-forward 8 years to today and we present to you, The Pro's Closet. The Pro's Closet has become the nation's premier eBay store specializing in reselling new and used cycling gear.


If you are looking to sell your bike, components, or accessories, we are here to help! The Pro's Closet caters to clients both locally and nationwide offering pickups, consultations, expert advice and more. We are an avenue for anyone, (athletes, teams, shops, reps, companies, you) to free up space and put your unused product in the hands of people who will give it a second life.

OUR PROCESS
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment (excluding
Sunday).

We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier for your order at
the time of shipment.


LOCAL PICKUPS
FREE local pickups.


Simply select "Local Pick Up" at the time of checkout.


Once you have completed payment, please contact our Customer Service Team
and let us know which of our two locations you would like to pick up your
item at (Boulder or Denver).

DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship all orders via FedEx and USPS. Tracking information will be emailed
to the address associated with your PayPal account.


Any item over $200 requires signature confirmation.


Domestic shipping prices are for the continental 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii,
US Protectorates, and APO/FPO shipments are subject to additional charges.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Check
with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


ADDRESS CHANGES
We will only ship to the verified shipping address on your PayPal account
at the time of payment. We cannot hold any orders.


If you need to update your shipping address, please DO NOT pay until you
have changed your shipping address in both eBay and PayPal.


COMBINED SHIPPING
To utilize our combined shipping, continue shopping until you are done
bidding (within 7 days of your first purchase).


When you are finished shopping email us to request a combined invoice.


We can only issue the discount before the items are paid for.


Combined shipping within the US is $3 per additional item.


Combined international shipping is $5 for each additional item.


NOTE: Bikes, Frames, Wheels and international orders over four pounds are
exempt from shipping discounts. Standard international advertised rates
will apply.

PAYMENT
We accept PayPal.


All in state residents of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales
tax at the time of checkout.


An unpaid claim case will be opened within eBay after an item goes unpaid
for seven (7) days.


Be sure to confirm your PayPal shipping address prior to payment. We do not
allow changes to an address after payment. We only ship to the confirmed
address registered to your PayPal account.

RETURN POLICY
We stand behind every order.


In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within fourteen (14) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of The Pro's Closet should you change your mind. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.


If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
