This is a "no name" Bill's Copy Alternator & 508 Style AC Compressor Mounting Brackets for a Small Block Chevy Engine with a Short Water Pump Top Mount.  Perfect for Model A's, 1932 through 1948 Fords, Chevys, Etc. when you have Narrow Hood Sides. 

The Air bracket bolts to the outside front of the head, the water pump, and the front bolt of the intake.  They Alternator uses all 3 of the driver side front head holes.  Will not work with vortec or fast burn heads.
