All mounting tabs are in perfect condition. Normal light surface scuffs from bugs. 

Only flaw this has is the left side inner glass piece has a crack in it. DOES NOT AFFECT ANYTHING. Light shines through like it should. Both bulbs work and also includes the little running lights.
