Hello this lamp came off a 2014 it's a OEM .really nice shape , upper tab had a crack . I repaired it using 3m bonding material . I have made this repair many times with no issues . Comes with bulbs .priced to sell . I do not give recipes or invoices !! Thanks for looking .
