ALL of our parts come with a minimum 90-Day Warranty, this does not include labor warranty. Many of the parts we sell through eBay Motors come with a Lifetime Warranty.

All parts are sold "Install Ready". We remove our parts so that all mounting tabs are free of bolts and harnesses unplugged properly so that it is ready to install when you receive it. All of our parts are inspected and tested by our mechanics. Our parts are USED parts and show normal wear and usage unless otherwise stated in the item description. 

Warranties are limited to original purchaser and are non-transferable. Warranty is void if the part is damaged due to improper installation as we are not responsible for installation errors. In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. If you are using this part for any other application other than what is exactly listed above, warranty will be void and return is not permitted. Parts that are modified or altered for customized work are void of warranty and returns. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded.

A 14 day period is allowed on returns, please check the package after receiving, and notify us of any issues before returning an item. Returns are expected to be sent back in the same condition it was received. If we are at fault for why the item is being returned we will cover the return shipping costs, otherwise original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refunded. We are not responsible for installation errors, labor expenses and/or any other expenses that may occur.

Reasons for returns are non-functional items and items that greatly differ from the item description. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement part or issue a refund. If a refund is issued it will be returned in the form it was paid (example: If you paid by credit card, the refund would be issued back to that same credit card). The full purchase price will be refunded once we receive the package in like condition as shipped.

If the item is damaged during shipping, the shipping company or the insurance company may need to contact the buyer to verify the claim and inspect the item. Please contact us immediately if you’re not satisfied in anyway prior to leaving a negative feedback, we will do our best to try to resolve any situations.

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, most orders will ship the same day. We ship during normal business days Monday - Friday. Need it there faster? Expedited shipping is available upon request for additional fees. Free pick up at our location is available as well. Please contact us prior to arrange pick up within 10 days of auctions end. Additional delivery days may apply in some cases, oversized items, truck freight, the Global Shipping Program and remote delivery areas.

Preferred shipping is with UPS for the lower 48 states. For all other orders including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us. There will be an additional charge. Other services such as USPS may be used unless otherwise requested. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If an item arrives damaged contact us immediately for instructions on how to proceed. Contact us for different shipping methods and arrangements or with any shipping questions in general. 

No Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, FPO or PO Box please.

VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and PayPal are all accepted. No form of checks will be accepted (RE: personal or company checks, cashiers checks) We accept payment using a credit card via PayPal. Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to the state of IA. Payment should be provided within 48 hours of the listings end. After 7 days, any unpaid eBay orders could be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) and canceled. Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or speedometers that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.
