We ship within ONE WORKING day after we received your cleared
payment.
Shipping ways
1.We check all items before sending out. All products are brand new, never
been used or refurbished.
2.Shipping way---FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT,Toll,EMS or other expedited couriers
with tracking number.
1) Normally
FedEx,UPS,TNT,Toll and DHL take 5-7 days and EMS takes 7-15 days to deliver.If
there is any delay,it may be caused by bad weather, irresistible force or custom inspection.If you
don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us.
2) We will
choose the most economical way from the above. Please note that we ship to
Russia via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly.For some
countries(Russia,Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance.We are
not responsible for any customs delay.
3) If any
courier among the above is too much far away from you,please contact us after
or before purchase so that we can choose the most convenient,fastest and
cheapest way to ship your order.
Shipping address
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. We only accept
PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address
is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change
it in PayPal first before you pay.
1)FedEx,UPS,TNT,Toll
and DHL do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.If your address is P.O.Box,we can't
ship out your order.
2)If your addrss is APO/FPO,please check with us to find out if shipping
is available because not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO.
3)Please write down your phone number in the "NOTE" on PayPal
when you make payment.FedEx,UPS,TNT,Toll and DHL do not take the packages
without the recipient's phone number. If we don’t have a phone number, we can't
ship out your order.
Returns
1.If item is defective and not working on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the defective for repair or refund. Refund will only be provided for products damaged in the post or which is defective. Item may be returned within 14 days of purchase upon your receipt. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
2.This item have 6 months warranty. We offer free repairing service within 6 months from the date of purchased. If damaged is caused by undue wear and tear, dirt, misused, improper installation/operation, accident or repaired by unauthorized person, the warranty becomes void.
3.All returns must have prior authorization. Please note we will not accept any returns that have not been authorized by us. Please contact us before you return the item.
4.Buyer is responsible for the return postage. If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges. Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case. We are only responsible for once re-sending expense for replacement due to defects.
