It may not have any missing parts, hardware or instructions The following orders are not returnable: Items sealed in a clear plastic bag and are (GREEN) labeled as non-returnable may not be opened. The bags are clear so you can view and inspect the item. Product in such bags must be returned as received (Sealed). These items are electrical parts and components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, sensors electric pumps, air mass meters, etc) Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, and buyer has agreed and accepted the eBay cancel policy, a full refund will be issued less the 10% restock/handling fee.
