Up for auction is a used clone kart racing engine. Can also be used on drift trike or barstool or other motorized project. I am selling this for a friend. Here's what I do know: it has a stock flywheel in it. You can see the plastic fins. It doesn't have a recoil but you can turn the motor over by hand and it has compression. It doesn't have a filter cup on the carburetor. It has an exhaust pipe that comes with the engine. I do not know what can is in it or if machine work has been done to it. Since it has a stock flywheel I would assume not but I do not know for sure. 

To get the engine running all you would need is a recoil and the bolts and a filter cup. Depending on level of performance desired is how much you would do from there
