If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us at sales@grabyourtackle.com.au and we will make arrangements for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping once goods have been returned to us.
All goods must be in original condition, original packaging and fit for resale. If they are not we will NOT offer a refund under any circumstances

Cost of shipping the goods back to us is the sole responsibility of the purchaser as we do not pay return shipping fees unless the item is deemed by us GYT to be faulty or not as described

GYT does not and will not refund the cost of shipping your item to or from our facilities under any circumstances
We will only offer a refund on the original purchase price less shipping if the item is faulty, or not as described
