Item:            As sold on the 2010 Ulysses, this right side large air scoop kit comes with all the items need to install on any 2003-2010 Buell XB models. We make this kit from are all genuine OEM Buell right side air scoop parts from the 2010 XB12X model. This will not fit any bike with catalytic convert exhaust system (the header is in the way). This kit only includes the inner and outer right air scoop and the 3 extra bolt needed to bolt it all on. If you need the complete comfort kit please see one of my other listings. Some items maybe removed from their original packages to be combine in one box for shipping.  This is NOT the complete comfort kit.

Shipping:            Items will be sent out via UPS to the confirmed address.  Most items ship within 1-3 business days. Please consider weekends and holidays when estimating shipping time.

Returns:              All returns must be preapproved by St. Paul Harley-Davidson in writing and accompanied by the sales receipt. Please don't just return the item and think we know who sent it back. Return shipping is to be paid by the end user.  Items not in their original packaging or in their original condition are not returnable. This includes but is not limited to: installed items, any materials missing, or manufacturer's box not in original condition. No returns on electrical parts. Special order, closeout, or discontinued products.          

International Buyers:      Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Also please note it is out of our control how fast the item will complete customs inspections. We will not change the custom forms or the sales receipt to show a lower dollar amount, this is against the federal law. We reserve the right to upgrade the shipping from USPS to DHL for better quality of service with no charge to the customer without prior notice.    

Sales Tax:            For shipments to Minnesota addresses, we are required by state law to collect sales taxes.
