This is a Rare piece of NOS seat fabric for 1950's Gm, Oldsmobile Pontiac Buick Cadillac.  This is very rare as it has the silver Mylar striping.  It is a grayish blue in color and ridged.  

It is about 54 x 113 inches.  It is in good condition and not dried out.  One end though has some damage to the backing material as it was stored on that end.  Top is still good you can just reback.  It's about a 12 inch section and not full width.
