- We don't offer free shipping to some subsidiary islands of United Kingdom and United States, such as Virgin island UK, Guernsey UK, Jersey UK, Virgin island USA and Guam USA.

We will ship the products within 1 business day after clearance of payment.We use EMS,DHL,Fedex,UPS or other expedited couriers with tracking number for our international shipment.
1)They usually take 7 working days for delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance or caused by bad weather.If you don't receive the item within 30 DAYS, please contact us.
2)We will choose the most economic way from the above. Please note that we ship to Russia via EMS only and ship to South America via EMS mostly.For some countries(Russia,Brazil,etc), it takes a long time for customs clearance.We are unable to take any responsibility for any customs delay.
3)If any courier among the above is too much far away from you,please contact us after or before purchase so that we can choose the most convenient,fastest and cheapest way to ship your order.

Confirmed address before sending
- We only accept PayPal verified and confirmed address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable. If you need to change your address, please change it in PayPal first before you pay. Please write down your phone number in your PayPal. If we do not get a phone number, we are unable to ship your item.
Once we send out:
-You could NOT reroute
-You could NOT hold for pick up
-You could NOT correct the address
-The courier company will return the package to us after tried to deliver the product to buyer two times. If buyer request us to resend the parcel,buyer should be responsible for all the return and resend postage.Above is the policy of Courier Company, hope we could get your understanding and attention.

Terms of acceptance
- We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason. Your understanding and attention is highly appreciated!

Unconditional Return within 30 Days
- We will provide Exchange or refund (Buyer's choice) for the defective product or dissatisfied purchase which reported within 30 Days.

Attention:
- Customer is responsible for the return shipping fee;we will pay for sending the item back to customer.If you ask for a refund during valid period, we will offer you a refund without postage charges.Shipping and handling charges, insurance are not refundable in any case.The exception is that it's obvious our fault such as sending the wrong item or the item is defective on arrival.

Damage or missing components
- Our products are all brand new and inspected carefully before sending out. Please check the package before the courier leaves.
If you receive a broken item or missing part, please keep the original package and email the photos & your contact number to us within 5 days.

- If products possibly damage during delivery, customers have to report in 5 days with your contact number and photo showing damage. Meanwhile, it may take about 15 days for the shipping company to investigate the case, thanks for your understanding.
