Backorder Policy:
 Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are out of stock, we will notify buyer of the backorder status. Those items will ship when back order item is available or buyer can choose to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. We strive to get your items shipped to you as soon as possible, and only list items we have on hand. However, there will be times that errors in inventory count will occur, and by purchasing from us, buyer agrees to not hold us responsible for any loss of time or usage of such items.

Shipping Details:  

Shipment will be either USPS, DHL, UPS or FedX.  Some larger items will ship via DHL or UPS Ground service.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has cleared.

If shipping to a PO BOX, AK, APO, HI, or PR, please email us for the proper shipping rates before purchasing.

Non U.S. & International customers, please use the shipping calculator by clicking the shipping and payments tab. USPS Priority Mail International/ USPS Express Mail International is quoted for Non U.S. buyers. Just enter the quantity, input your country, and click "Get Rates" for a quick shipping quote.

Custom Duty, Import Tax, VAT: International customers please be aware, there may be import duties or taxes assessed by your government for importing our products to your country. Customer is solely responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by your government.

We allow a return for a refund within 30 days from date of purchase. All returns must include all original items , unused, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, with all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning products back for refund or exchange. There will be a 20% restocking fees for all returns. The amount refunded will also have a deduction of shipping costs incurred by Seller when shipping items to Buyer, including items purchased with "FREE SHIPPING".  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and report any shipping related damage to us immediately within 3 days.

Most items carries a 1 year warranty with us and we are in no way affiliated with the manufacturer of any name brands mentioned in this listing. Warranty will be void if the item has been misused or abused. Services defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separated from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, non-PPI modifications, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders , damaged back plates, or water/flood damage. Any items submitted with any of the above will be considered out of warranty.
