(UMF) Ultra-Micro Flake is the smallest possible flake at .002 x .002 Hex cut particle size. UMF lays down very easy with exceptional brilliance for a much more refined flake appearance. It can be applied with any HVLP spray equipment or airbrush.
UMF is available in 2 colors: UMF1 Chrome Silver and UMF2 Brilliant Gold

MF sprays with reduced surface roughness so it's easier to finish with clear. MF is extremely brilliant and has the appearance of being a much larger flake without the flash of the larger flake.

(MSF) Medium Flake is a mid-size cut flake at .008 x .008 Hex cut particle size. MSF has a fiery brilliance that is easy to use and can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray equipment with a minimum of 1.5 nozzle set-up or larger.

(SF) Standard Flake is just that, it is the flake size that has been used for years and has become the industry standard. It’s cut at .015 x .015 Hex cut particle size. SF is known for its intensity, brilliance and flash. It can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray guns with a 1.8 nozzle set-up or larger.

(LF) Large Flake is a “BASS BOAT” size flake at .025 x .025 and is our largest Hex cut particle size. LF can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray guns with a 2.2 nozzle set-up or larger. Bass Boat size said it all about this flake.

(HMF) Holographic Micro Flake is a fine cut flake at .004 x .004 Hex cut particle size that produces a brilliant glowing sheen and a color shifting holographic appearance. HMF glistens through a rainbow of colors at different angles. It can be sprayed through most large airbrushes as well as HVLP spray equipment with a 1.3 nozzle set-up or larger. HMF sprays with reduced surface roughness so it's easier to finish with clear. It is extremely brilliant and has the appearance of being a much larger flake without the flash of the larger flake.

(HMSF) Holographic Medium Flake is a mid-size cut flake at .008 x .008 Hex cut particle size that produces a brilliant glowing sheen and a color shifting holographic appearance. HMSF has a fiery brilliance that is easy to use and can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray gun equipment with a minimum of a 1.5 nozzle set-up or larger.

(HSF) Holographic Standard Flake is just that, it’s the flake size that has been used for years with an elaborate Custom effect. This particular flake is cut at .015 x .015 Hex cut particle size and produces a brilliant glow and color shifting “coming to life” effect. HSF is known for its intensity, brilliance and flash. It can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray guns with a 1.8 nozzle set-up or larger.

(HLF) Holographic Large Flake is a “BASS BOAT” size flake at .025 x .025 and is our largest Hex cut particle size. HLF produces a brilliant sheen and a color shifting holographic appearance. It can be sprayed out of HVLP and conventional spray guns with a 2.2 nozzle set-up or larger. Bass Boat size said it all about this flake.

(MP) Holographic Micro-Prizm Flake is a brilliant geometric Holographic flake that produces a rainbow-like prizmatic burst of color. This flake is available in the smallest micro sizes possible from: 1/500th of an inch to 1/250th of an inch. Micro-Prizm flake can be used in very small volumes to produce a brilliant prizmatic accent or in a higher volume for complete coverage and an intense prizmatic effect.

Read Before Ordering

COMPANY INFO

  • We are an authorized dealer for all the product lines we sell.

  • All items we sell are brand new and are sold in original manufacturer packaging.

  • Orders ship from either our San Diego location or South Carolina location depending on stock availability.
    • We also utilize Amazon to ship many of our products. These orders ship from various locations across the United States. This give us great shipping coverage.

  • We are required to collect California (8%) and South Carolina (6%) State Sales Tax.

  • Our live customer service personnel are available Monday-Friday from 6:30am to 5:00pm Pacific Time @ 858-909-2111to answer your questions.
    • Due to volume of ebay emails and messages we receive daily, it may take up to 1 full business day before we are able to respond to them.
    • Messages sent on weekends or holidays may require up to 2 additional business days for a response.

ORDERING

  • Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received on weekends & holidays may require additional shipping time. There are no guarantees as to which warehouse your order will ship from. Contact us first if you need an item rushed to you.

  • FREE SHIPPING POLICY: Free Ship listings are shipped via UPS MAIL or UPS GROUND (we choose best option), and is only available for the lower 48 US States. (Orders from Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico do not qualify for FREE shipping. If you live in one of these states, you must place your order by calling our customer service department or by sending ebay message) We cannot process orders from these states directly on eBay.

  • ORDER & ADDRESS CHANGES: Because we utilize other multiple warehouses to ship some of our items, canceling or making changes to an order once it is paid may not possible, so be sure you have selected the correct product you want. We cannot substitute.
    • If a listing is for a particular item then that is what you will receive. If you do want to attempt to change an order or make an address change, it is best to call our customer service department immediately.
    • We are not responsible for orders being processed and shipped even though the changes were requested via email. If you need make a change to your shipping address, it is best for you to make that change PRIOR making payment in ebay.
    • Once you pay your order prints in our warehouse for fulfillment. If you have questions on how to do this, please message us first.
    • Due to the volume of orders we receive everyday and the fact that we ship from multiple locations it is sometimes impossible for us to make any changes to an order after the order has printed in one of our warehouses.

  • INTERNATIONAL ORDERING: All of our electronic items are rated for US voltage 110V. It is the customer's responsibility for knowing the correct voltage requirement of their country. We will not refund, replace or return damaged items.
    • It is your responsibility for any Customs (Duties, Taxes & VAT) fees within the bidder's country. We do not collect these fees. Your country does.
    • Shipping hazardous materials to some INTERNATIONAL countries will incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted outside ebay to pay these charges.
    • First Class Mail Shipping does NOT include tracking or Insurance. If you select this option at checkout, be advised that if package is lost, stolen, or damaged, no claims can be filed. This option can also take up to 60 business days to arrive to some countries.
    • We do not mark packages as GIFT.
    • We do combine shipping on multiple item orders. This must be done PRIOR to payment being made. Contact us for quote.

SHIPPING

  • We ship our orders via UPS MAIL, or UPS GROUND or USPS. We reserve the right to select best option. Most lightweight orders (ie. pens, pencils, inks) ship via UPS MAIL. It is best to provide a physical address that works for BOTH shipping carriers.

  • Verify your shipping address is valid in Pay Pal prior to ordering. We are not responsible for problems with orders that ship to the supplied Pay Pal address.
    • Due to us using multiple carriers for our shipping it is best to always provide us with a physical mailing address. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Tracking information is uploaded into ebay once your order ships. If you are having problems with a tracking number in ebay, try copy and pasting the number into the selected carriers direct website.

  • HAZARDOUS MATERIAL SHIPPING POLICY: Worldwide shipping is available to most countries by UPS International Priority. UPS Ground is used within the lower 48 US States and Canada.
    • Aerosol cans cannot be shipped by AIR.
    • Flammable items cannot be shipped to APO's.
    • Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be delivered via UPS 2nd Day Air and incur additional charges.
ORDER PROBLEMS
  • DIDN'T RECEIVE CORRECT ITEM: If you have received the wrong item, please contact us prior to leaving feedback or attempting to return. We will always make your order right. If the item needs to be returned back to us due to our mistake, we will pay all return postage to return the item back to us. When contacting us please provide full UPC barcode number and/or Model Number off the wrong item you received to speed up the re-order process.
    • NO reorders will be processed without following our policy information proccedure.
    • Pictures may also be required to process re-order.

  • DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED: If you received an item that was damaged in shipping you must be able to provide us pictures of the damaged item and packaging. If this information cannot be provided then claim cannot be processed. You must contact us within 3 business days for damage claims. Once we are contacted and have proper proof of damage we will file claim with shipping carrier. This process takes 3-5 business days for claim to be processed. In some cases we may not need to file carrier claim. Just depends on item.

RETURNS

  • SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase from TCP Global, return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less any shipping charges). Item MUST be returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories. If item is returned without any of it's original items a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
    • Paint Products and DVD's are excluded from this guarantee. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have a item that may be defective, please contact our returns department for instructions on returning. Defective claims can only be made up to 30 days after receipt of your order. Once we received the item we will inspect the item and issue a full refund. If we determine the item has been abused, mishandled or altered a refund will not be issued.

  • HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM: YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST for a RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Call us at 858-909-2111 or message us through eBay to obtain this number BEFORE shipping your item back. Returns without this number will not be processed. Then send your item back to us with a copy of the original order.
    • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item is received and processed at our warehouse we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount as stated in above return policies. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once it is received in our warehouse.

  • SPECIFIC ITEM EXCEPTIONS: PAINT & DVD's - If defective or damaged they will only be replaced. We must have picture documentation of damage emailed to us on all paint related items in order to authorize a replacement order or return authorization. In the event you are asked to return your paint item it cannot be returned via USPS Mail.
