Many times there are additional options (faster or cheaper) available to you from USPS, UPS, or FEDEX; we will be happy to make those options available to buyers. We try to ship within 1 business day of receiving full payment. Occasionally, staffing limits may require 2 of our business days to get your item shipped. We ship on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Tracking numbers and shipping method will be provided for all items unless shipped USPS 1^st class.

We endeavor to carefully package all items with sufficient quantity and quality packaging materials to protect all items from damage under normal situations.

Ebay’s quoted shipping charges will include handling charges to cover packaging costs (boxes, packing material, tape, etc....usually from $1.00 to $3.00), plus insurance on all items over $100.00 total (item+S&H). Large items may require more. Please ask us for a quote before bidding on large, bulky items (i.e. fuel tanks, body panels, windshields, etc.).

Certain countries often have extended delays in Customs. RETURNS:

We strive to honestly and accurately describe all known features and flaws of all items. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your item, if you are dissatisfied for any reason. We will try to correct or resolve any problems you may have with your purchase. We do not refund shipping. Items returned to us without a return authorization number will be refused.

There is NO RETURN on Electrical / Electronic items. When possible, we have tested the item and will state that it has been tested.

Returns may only be made within 14 days of receipt. There will be a 20% restocking fee (minimum $5.00) on sale price only; Initial shipping costs, or your return shipping expenses, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you are uncertain if a particular part will fit your application, please inquire.

If we make a mistake in the application or item description, or miss significant damage in the description that is not clearly shown in the photos, or the part is defective in operation, then we will replace the item, if possible, or refund your original purchase price (not including shipping or return shipping), at our option. In cases of our error, we will waive the restocking fee on a returned item.
