This item ships via: UPS||USPS from our warehouse in St. Augustine, Florida

UPS cannot ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Please see the 'Shipping and payments' above for rates.

All orders placed by 9AM EST will ship Same Day, orders placed after 9AM EST will ship next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday. Please contact us with any shipping questions prior to ordering.

We Accept PayPal and Credit Cards via eBAY SECURE CHECK-OUT! Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or Paypal are all accepted via eBAY secure checkout.

Please note the following policies:

• We cannot cancel an order once it ships. You will be notified via email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Returns
Please check the eBay listing details for the return policy for this listing. If returns are accepted, they are assessed a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for round trip shipping costs and for sufficiently packing, and returning the item in "new" condition, we do not accept returns of used items.

To arrange for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) please email contact us via eBay. If you do not obtain an RMA you may not be properly credited for the return.

We've been selling bicycles direct to consumers for over 6 years and we've been invovled in the bicycle industry for over 25 years.

We sell direct to consumers online, we do not maintain expensive retail locations. By keeping our costs to a minimum we are able to offer the lowest price possible to our customers. Bikes are shipped from our St. Augustine, FL warehouse.
