Overstock Boat Parts brings you this BRAND NEW brown and white boat bolster / captain's seat. This unit is constructed from the finest marine grade, mildew, stain and UV resistant brown (near taupe) and white (bright) vinyl. It is built not only to look and feel great, but to last! The seat includes the standard bolster. The seat measures approximately  23" wide x 23" high x 27" deep and offers the standard 5 x 5 inch and 5 x 12 inch mounting patterns.

This seat is brand new, never installed, out of original manufacturer packaging. The unit does contain minor cosmetic damage from storage, these included a rip in the front corner (as photographed). Our products are sold as is; please review our images and description carefully prior to purchasing.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax from Wisconsin State residents, the rate is 5.6%.

Returns
Overstock Boat Parts offers a 14 day return policy.  All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This return policy goes in effect upon shipment of your package to you, not the date of purchase. You, the eBay buyer, are responsible for arrangement and the cost of the return shipping and MUST contact us via eBay message for a return to be authorized and provide us the tracking information of said package within 24 hours of shipment.   

Restock Fees
BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCT, contact us within 14 days for an approved RMA number and instructions. Installed, powered, altered or un-sellable items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Unapproved returns WILL BE REJECTED rejected by Overstock Boat Parts at buyer's expense. Approved refunds shall be issued within 7 days of the return for the sale price less our original shipping cost (including our cost on “free shipping” items) minus 20% restock charge ($10 minimum).

Typographical Errors

Overstock Boat Parts attempts to keep the information in our listings as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

Shipping cost is as listed, we ship via various carriers and you must provide a physical street address

Outside the 48 Lower Continental United States

Unfortunately, our shipping method does not permit shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.  If your physical address falls under one of these areas we will contact and invoice you via PayPal for additional shipping charges. The physical address you provide must be deliverable by ANY service of our choice with our Shipping methods. We use slower economy shipping services that deliver without delivery confirmation or signature required in some instances. We reserve the right to choose the shipping company of our choice.

If the description of this product above states that this will be a truck-line or freight shipment, then your item will arrive by a large commercial truck and the address you provide MUST be a commercial business with either a loading dock or forklift to remove the item from the truck. If the carrier determines your address is a residence (or a business in a residential neighborhood), by ordering this item you agree to pay any additional residential delivery, re-delivery and/or accessory surcharges.
