Shipping
Riders Depot ships worldwide through UPS!
DOMESTIC (CONTINENTAL U.S) shipments are free, shipped via UPS Ground and arrive within 1-6 business days.We DO NOT ship to PO BOXES and we'll need a physical address to complete your order.
International shipments will ship via UPS Expedited and usually arrive within 6 business days. Riders Depot is not responsible for any CUSTOMS FEES, DUTIES, VAT or INTERNATIONAL TAXES, those must be paid by the buyer in order to receive your product.You will need to check with your local customs office for those rates.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are accepted on all products, excluding
electronic items, within 30 days of receipt of the item. All returned/exchanged items must be in the condition they were received in, not altered and returned with everything that came with them, no exceptions. Returns received otherwise will be refused, eBay and PayPal notified. Please contact us for RA & return shipping address before sending your return/exchange back to us. Buyers are all responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges or returns.
- RETURNS (only) - 10% restocking fee to cover the original shipping/handling charges will be subtracted from the refund.
- EXCHANGES - buyer pays return shipping and the shipping/handling fee for the exchanged item sent back to them.
- Electronic Items cannot be returned/exchanged for any reason. Please contact the Manufacturer for all warranty information.
- All sales on CLOSEOUT items are FINAL.
