Order Processing Times
- We ship items Monday through Friday, we do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Standard Order Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days from date of cleared payment your item should leave our warehouse. While we try to get all order out next business day we will notify customer of any delay that may happen
- Estimated Order Transit Time: 2-8 Business Days from shipment date.
- Total Estimated Delivery time: You should receive your item in a minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 12 days.
- Overnight orders are processed next business day.

Shipping & Handling
- Free Shipping Auctions are for the Continental USA Only
- An additional fee of 15$ will be charged to residents of Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
- We ship most orders USPS Priority Mail. Larger sized items may go Fedex Ground or USPS Parcel Post. We will Post Tracking number directly on the Order Detail Page. Customer is Responsible for being home or arranging Delivery. If package is returned Shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
- Packages with a Value of $150 or more will not be shipped to PO box addresses.
- WE ONLY SHIP TO PAYPAL CONFIRMED VERIFIED ADDRESSES
- International Customers: Customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. Tamerx does take responsibility for charges caused by importing product into the customers’ country.
Payment and Checkout
- PayPal Payments must be from a verified PayPal account.
- If your payment is not from a verified PayPal account we have the right to void and cancel your order.
- In the case the incorrect address is entered during checkout we cannot make edits to the address, but we will fully refund you upon request so you can reorder with the correct address
- We do not accept any other form of payment (No exceptions)
- For "Buy It Now" Listing Payment is due immediately "Auction listing must be Paid within 3 Business Days or Bid will be voided
TAX & Local Pick Up
- We Provide Free Local Pick Up on all orders
- Orders must be Prepaid before Pickup
- Contact Us for Pick-up Address (We are not open to the public. For security and insurance purposes only customers with cleared payments will be given our will call address)

Return Policy
We Understand That from time to time the need to return and item may Occur. Please read below for a detailed overview of our Return Policy
- We will exchange defective or damage Products within the warranty Period. This is usually 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Returns for refund are accepted for the first 30 days after customer receives the item.
- If a customer returns item by choice meaning not caused by defect or performance there will be a restock fee.
- Restock fee is 10% unless stated otherwise by staff or management.
- Original shipping expense will be deducted from the refund.

- Any problem with an Item must be reported within warranty period.
- If items are damaged in Transit Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the Package or no claim will be allowed.
- If you are returning item by choice within the 30 day Period Customer is responsible for Shipping Cost.
- Shipping Costs are not Refundable.
- Exchanges are free of cost to customer during warranty Period.
- Customer is responsible on Shipping and Return for refund.
- PLEASE INCLUDE A NOTE STATING THE EBAY 12 DIGIT ITEM NUMBER AND A REASON FOR RETURN
- If we are at fault we will do everything we can to resolve the situation.
- International Customers: Customer is responsible for our shipping cost in the event item is returned due to an Invalid Address or Undeliverable as Addressed reason.
