IMPORTANT This equipment is being sold as is, no returns. Aesthetically the radio is in very good condition. I applied 12 volts, the pilot light illuminated, however I heard no oscillation sound from the vibrator. I didn't measure B+ to verify that high voltage was not actually present, however bidder should assume the vibrator isn't working. I heard no audio.
The Narco VHT-3 Superhomer was one of the most popular aircraft radios in the 1950's and early 1960's. A unit with a crystal controlled VHF Transmitter, tunable VHF Receiver, and VFR precision omni all built into a single unit, no external power supply is required.
