Return Policy
- We accept returns and will refund the purchase price within 14
days of shipment.
- Buyer pays return shipping.
- Once the item is returned to us, and we will refund your purchase
within 1-2 business days.
- Please contact us before shipping back your item to receive an RMA
(Return Material Authorization) number. We are unable to
process returns for items we receive back without an RMA number.
- All returns should be packaged properly using the original box and
packaging so that the part is not damaged. All damage incurred during
return shipment is the buyer’s responsibility; we insure all our
shipments and recommend you do the same when returning your
item.
Shipping Policy
- All items ship within 1 day upon receipt of order and payment.
- Items are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS or an LTL carrier.
- Tracking data is transmitted to the buyer upon creation of
shipment.
- Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item, so
that we can file a claim with the carrier. Please be prepared
to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for us to submit to
the carrier.
- FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Contact us for a quote before
purchasing/bidding on all items that must be shipped using a freight carrier
because of it's weight or size. We make every effort to make the
delivery of large parts to your home or business affordable. So, we
work hard finding the best rate for your situation and charge you what we
are being charged. There are no hidden shipping charges. We do not
make money on freight.
