International buyers i print my own postage and fill out my own customs forms and since a lot of your post offices have high rates to receive a package i just put $10 on the value 

International buyers when i weigh something and it weighs 3 pounds 3 oz i put four pounds in the listing,if it only takes 3 pounds and 12 oz to ship it that is what i do and it is less that what you paid me for shipping i have to take it to the post office and fill out customs form on it.i will work with you on postage if it is something i can pack with little packing and you email me i will see what i can do.
