Large or irregular items ate very hard to ship, and in some cases our carriers do not ship these items to certain areas of the world. If this is the case you will be contacted immediately. This mostly applies to the highlighted orange section.

Processing Procedure
All orders are processed the next day at 9AM Pactific standard time, except weekends and major US holidays. E-checks ate automatically held until the established clearing date, to reduce any delays please provide a valid telephone number upon the checkout. Estimated order processing time is around 1-2 business days.
Payment Options
We accept Paypal. Please make sure to go through our eBay check out system to provide us with your most recent shipping address. Please do not put the shipping address on Paypal's note section. The Buyer is responsible to complete payment within 7 days of the auction end date. If you have issues paying fot the product, please feel free to send us a Ebay Message.

We offer a limited 60 day comprehensive warranty on any item, upon the date the item is received. Buyer is responsible for both way shipping fees. Most aftermarket items do not come with instructions and professional installation for all item is highly recommended. We will try our best to post general installation guides or FAQ on our blog. Buyer assumes all risk on installation and usage. No exchanges will be issued on products that have been damaged or used improperly (Modified). What happens if the item is out of stock ?
We try our best to have all items we list and since all items are constantly listed. Occasionally, due to high demand or human error we may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs (very unlikely), we will contact you the next day and ask if would like to wait for the part to be back in stock (usually 3-10 days), product alternatives (possible free upgrade) or a full refund.
Why was my email not replied to ? This matter is urgent !
We will only answer email during normail office hours (Mon-Fri 10:00AM-6:00PM PST) except major US holidays. All emails will be replied in the order it was received. We usually reply within 24 hours, In some cases emails are lost in the spam or junk folder so please check them regularly. Or you can simply go onto eBay message to look for the replied email. If in any doubt, just give us a quick message during business hours.
