improve performance endurance
All our rotors are dynamically balanced
TS1696/ ISO900 certified
Custom slotted, all our rotors are custom
slotted to their individual specificationsto ensure maximum performance and NO droning
Guaranteed to fit OEMspecifications
Each disc is marked left and right as they have
directional slotting for air flow and maximum performance in emergency braking
situations.
These rotors are direct replacements
for the OEM Rotors, just remove your old rotors and pads and bolt these ones straight
in without any extra modifications and come with a 20,000kms/1 year
warranty.
Rotors modified with a fatigue-resistant slotting process are
becoming popular with today's elite teams in racing. Slotted rotors bring this
technology to the street and are specifically designed to run cooler, promote
dramatically improved wet and dry brake performance, and are a better
alternative to drilling crack prone holes through cast iron rotors.
These rotors are made from a minimum
G3000 casting with a higher carbon casting, as we only use the best quality for
our custom slotting. Each disc is machined to ADR standard and offers a
20,000km/1 Year manufacturer’s warranty. These rotors we supply
offer Australian content of approximately 30% as all engineering and slotting
is done in Australia. These are bolt on items that require no modifications as
they are made to the OE standards. All quality and control is done in
Melbourne, Australia to ensure only the best quality product reaches our
customers.
All rotors are slotted in Australia and slots/grooves are engineered to the
specific rotor. All work is performed by a trade qualified CNC machinist.
Compare our quality slotting in Australia with overseas 'engineers or
machinist', we allow depth for the rotor to be machined, most rotors imported
with slots, grooves or drilled (80% crack when heated then cooled instantly)
are shallow slots and do not allow for the rotor to be machines. All rotors are
slotted in Melbourne, Australia and slots/grooves are engineered to the
specific rotor that includes thickness, diameter, etc. We do not duplicate the
same patter on each rotor. Meaning your slotted rotors will have better
performance & endurance, which is what slotted rotors are supposed to do.

Bedding in your rotors and/or pads
The first step is to make sure the disc face is
clean of all oils/anti rust or any foreign matter
The second step is heating (not cooking) the brake rotor and pads, to transfer
the pad material evenly, onto the rotor face. This step involves performing a
series of stops, so that the brake rotor and pad are heated steadily, to allow
the transfer of pad material onto the brake rotor friction surface. Care should
be taken to not come to a complete stop, as this can lead to the transfer of
pad material unevenly on the disc at the point where the pad comes to rest on
the friction surface.
