We’re small enough to offer personal service, while being large enough to offer a great selection of parts, and we’d love to send some your way. RETURN POLICY

Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged. We cannot accept returns on electrical items. Returns need be pre-approved before being shipped back. Just send us a note explaining what's going on, and we'll give you a number to include with your item. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cannot be refunded. If the item being returned was offered with free shipping, the freight charge will be calculated at a minimum of $10 (in addition to the 20% restocking fee), and that amount will be deducted from the refund. Damage sustained during transit back to us is the responsibility of the buyer. It is suggested that return packages be insured. It can take up to three weeks from when an item is received back at our warehouse for the return to be fully processed and payment refunded.
