Most auctions are immediate payment only, due
to non- paying bidder issues. If you order multiple items we will do our best
to ship them in one shipment, and if you have overpaid on freight costs, you

CLICK PURCHASE THAT YOU HAVE VERIFIED THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE
AND CORRECT- If
you have a suite, unit, apartment number it needs to be included. If you have
moved and not updated your address, please do so BEFORE you purchase as we
cannot always catch these packages before they leave if you try to correct via
message after purchase. UPS does NOT deliver to PO BOXES. If the item is
shipped to an incorrect address due to not being updated, we will ask that you
pay for the reship to you.
IF you decide you do not want an item and it’s been purchased, we CANNOT
guarantee that you sending us a message will stop a shipment from leaving.
Please be sure you need the item that you are purchasing to avoid unnecessary
ship charges back and forth.
DOMESTIC BUYERS- If you do not receive your item within 10 days of
payment, please message us via the ebay messaging system to let us know and we
will immediately look into and rectify the situation. First Class mail
DOES take longer than Priority Mail, so, if you have time constraints, please
choose your ship method accordingly…
Parcel post- very slow- up to 30 days, First
class- 3-14 days, Priority mail 1-5 days.
UPS 1-5 days depending on your zone.
PR-HI-AK----- Items over 2 lbs do
NOT qualify for free shipping even if auction states for PR, AK, HI shipments- if shipping is not calculated you will be sent a
Paypal invoice for the actual amount of shipping post auction. Parcel post is cheap and slow, Priority is faster
and more expensive. There is NO UPS GROUND to PR, HI, AK- so even if it
looks cheaper for you, it’s not an option. If you decide that actual shipping
is too much money, we can refund and cancel your auction.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS- Please note that economy first class international
mail provides you with a customs number, NOT a tracking number. Under some
circumstances the item may be scanned, however it is NOT required. If you have
a customs number, the item was packed and left with the mail pickup regardless
of what you see when you “track” the item, as it’s not a tracking number.
For PRIORITY and EXPRESS mail international, these items are always scanned
along the way. If you want to track your item, you will need to pay for
Priority or Express mail. First Class Mail International takes 3-30 days for
delivery depending on YOUR country’s customs processing time and postal carrier
efficiency. Damages/Issues/Changes of
Heart/ Warranties
All damages done in
shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We
cannot be held responsible for damages that occur after you receive the item in
good condition, or damages that may occur from improper installation methods.
Replacements for items damaged in shipping will be shipped immediately if
photos of packaging and item are provided. You will need to retain the
broken item until instructed how to proceed with the broken item.
If you decide you do not need an item once you have received it FOR ANY
REASON- we will gladly refund your purchase price MINUS the cost for us to ship
it to you ONCE THE ITEM IS RECEIVED BACK IN GOOD CONDITION.
If the item you received is not what you expected and you are not satisfied,
please contact us for return authorization.
While we do strive to ALWAYS send the correct
item to our customers, human error does occur from time to time. We handle
these errors swiftly when you notify us. We would prefer that you send us an
Ebay message stating the issue rather than us finding out that we made an error
by reading our feedback from you. For obvious reasons we never send out
incorrect items on purpose. Please take this into consideration before
you send your message to us. If we make an error we will either provide
you with a return label OR we will reimburse the shipping method if we choose
an alternate (such as first class mail for a small item that may get lost if
shipped via UPS)
BEFORE you return any item to us please send
us a message THRU THE EBAY MESSAGE CENTER (or “ask seller a question” link) NOT
VIA EMAIL. This is the quickest way to contact us. Please provide
necessary information so we may swiftly give you instructions for your return.
If an item does not fit, please provide year and model and engine size of your
car in your message to us. If an item is no longer needed, state that. If an
item is defective, give the details of the defect. Very simple, just
communicate with us, and we can help you.
Items returned to us need to be in the original packaging, and in NEW condition
to be eligible for a full refund on the product. It is very important that you
package these items well so they are not damaged in shipping. Writing “Fragile”
on a box is not sufficient. Please note how the item was shipped TO you and use
this as an example of how you should pack it for return. We do not refund
items that are damaged in shipping due to improper packaging, this is your
responsibility, and Ebay has backed us on this thru several instances.
If you attempt to be dishonest in your request to return an item- meaning you
or your mechanic damage an item by dropping or improperly installing it but
claim that either the item was “broken” or you just state that you “don’t need
the item” and it is clear that you are not being truthful- you will not receive
a refund.
Your satisfaction is our main concern, and we will address each and every
concern professionally and in a timely manner. Please note that we are not
on Ebay 24 hours a day and we do not ship items on Saturday or Sunday, however
we may check our messages during off hours as well as business hours.
