Does it cover the whole seat?

The standard design (half back) covers the entire seat except the side airbag area, and about two-thirds of the lower part of the back of seat remains open allowing use of original map pocket (if any).  We also have the full back design that covers the whole seat, which normally costs $50 extra.

 

What colours are available?

Our covers come in standard black neoprene material with silver white stitching. Other stitching colours attract extra cost.

Are the seat covers airbag compatible?

 

Yes. If your car has side-mounted airbags, a narrow border is used that does not impede airbag operation (in standard half back design), or an airbag seam that bursts open when the airbag operates (in full back design)

 

Can I still fold down the rear split backrest or move the rear split seat independently with covers fitted?

 

If your car has split seats (e.g. 40/60 or 50/50 or 60/40, the cover is in sections to allow for the split seat to still fold / move independently

 

Can I still use the armrest / cup holder in the rear seat?

 

The standard rear design covers up the armrest / cup holder (if any).  Please ask for availability and quote if you wish to have a cut-out (with zip/Velcro) made so you can still use the armrest. 

 

Does it smell? Does it make me sweat to sit on it? Is it machine washable?

 

The brand-new material smell goes away in a week or two after first use.  The top layer of the seat cover is made of jersey fabric so it’s very comfy to sit on and does not make you sweat.  To clean the cover, simply use a damp cloth or machine wash it using mild detergent in normal cold water cycle.
