After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, you have one check-out option:

Products:  All of our products are brand new.  We do not sell used, refurbished, or demo products.  All of our products are new and in mint condition.

Please be aware that you are bidding or purchasing the item which is listed in the listing.  DONOT send us a note requesting a different size or a different color.  All helmets are shipped with a clear shield unless otherwise noted! The item in the description is the item you will receive.

  Sales Tax, Customs Duties, and Transfer Fees

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.


For shipments to Texas addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.25 % Sales Tax.


Shipping Rates


Shipping to the United States will be through FedEx ground, UPS ground, or USPS.  Shipping to Canada and all International will be through USPS Priority Mail International.  We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked in the checkout as long as you receive the item in the same or less shipping time.

Slip-On, Bolt-On and Full System Exhausts, Rims, and Closeout Items do not qualify for shipping discount.

If your address is a PO Box, FPO/APO, or in Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the item (s) USPS.
 
We will normally ship within 1-5 business days once payment has been verified.
We reserve the right to change shipping providers at any time.
Pazzo Levers normally ship within 4 business days once colors and lever length are verified and payment has cleared.

All buyers are responsible for additional shipping and handling charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.

Overnight shipping to the US is offered but we cannot be held responsible for the shipment delivery times.  They are approximate.  All overnight deliveries are the responsibility of the Postal service and the seller cannot be held responsible.  We reserve the right to choose a different carrier for shipment if we  feel that your item may be handled in a professional way to your destination using that carrier.

Tracking information will be Emailed to you, placed in the Ebay transaction page as well as put in your PayPal transaction page when the item is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the number to become active. USPS has been re-issuing tracking information and the number may show to have already been delivered until re-activated

Return/Exchange Policy

All Returns/Exchanges must be post-marked within 7 days of receiving item.

All merchandise purchased from our store is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor. Therefore it can be returned or exchanged only if in original manufacturer's packaging, same condition as sold, with all literature/instructions/documentation and attached tags, instructions, etc. worn items, used items and any items without the tags attached will be refused.

Please, do not ship an item in its original manufacturers packaging only as this will damage the packaging. Please use a cardboard/postal box or other adequate packaging to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged on the way back to us. Even though your item comes in a box, you need to put that box in another box for shipping purposes. We are not responsible for goods we received that are damaged. These damaged goods become the property of the buyer if not shipped properly, and you may be charged to send them back.

All returns/exchanges must include our Authorization form.  This form will include all information to help us process the return/exchange quickly and correctly. 

Returns : There is a 15% restock fee plus shipping fees on all returns. If an item shipped for free, a nominal shipping fee (usually 14.99) will be subtracted from the purchase price. Electronic items are not returnable under any circumstances.

Cancellations: There is a 6% charge on canceled orders. This covers our listing fees, Ebay fees, etc.

Exchanges :  Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on exchanges. Please email or call for availability on exchanges because the item may not be available. 

*Windscreens are not eligible for a return/exchange if any part of the packaging has been opened.
