We have a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee with no restocking fee if the reason for return was defective item or an error fulfilling the order. (S/H is not refundable). Buyers are responsible for all shipping charges on return items. Original packaging should be used to ship the item if a return is requested. Typically a small restocking fee is needed for items incorrectly ordered or not compatible. Please.... Please..! just message me to double check compatibility of a part if you are not confident the replacement is interchangeable. There is no other warranty service other than this fourteen day money back service.

To ensure items returned as defective are the original item purchased from eBay, we use UV dye stamps to confirm the defective part originated from us. This helps detour return fraud and allows us to pass the savings onto our customers !
