All items must be returned in original packaging and there should not be any signs of installation or tampering with the product. Installed or tampered parts will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer is responsible for shipping charges for any returns unless there were any shipping mistakes made by VMA Auto. Electrical Items: NO RETURN OR REFUND ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS. The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned.
