Returns
We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return your product, we ask you to carefully consider the following:
· All returns must have prior authorization & receive an RMA number.
· Return the product within 14 days of purchase.
· Returned merchandise must be packaged as it was received using all the packaging material.
You are responsible to ship the product back to us.
If the product comes back in un satisfactory condition (installed, scratches, marks, etc.) product will not be refunded.
Shipping
At Mile High Imports we offer Free Shipping in the continental USA. In order to insure fast and safe delivery we utilize USPS & UPS Ground/Air shipping services. Available shipping methods may vary for different type of products.
Everything in our store is in stock, it is guaranteed to be shipped the next business day, after which its delivery can be tracked through the USPS, & UPS websites. On the average, orders shipped via FedEx Ground & UPS Ground arrive in 4-6 business days. But some small delays are possible if the part needs to be customized according to each specific order (manufacturing, painting etc.)
We also offer international shipping. Shipping rates depend on location, item weight, and type of service used. International customers may experience an additional delay in delivery time.
