How this works: You make this purchase for the service. You send your helmet to The Service Pavilion (TSP). (Include a copy of the Ebay receipt with your contact information so we know what you are sending in for service) Shipping charges to TSP are responsibility of the helmet owner. Once we receive the helmet we will evaluate your helmet in regards to what can be replaced or repaired. It will depend on what model Arai helmet you have to all the options available. We will contact you with all the details and costs. Payment for the parts will be due at that time. Paypal, Visa, MC, Discover or AMEX is acceptable for payment. We will then perform the services agreed upon and return the helmet to you. Some parts will not match the original part dimensions or shapes, but will be the most current version available for that specific part available. All parts and accessories are genuine Arai. No aftermarket parts are available or will be used.
Possible parts options on helmets are: Cheek Pads, Comfort Head Liners, All Vents, Pods (shield holders), Peaks, Visors, Shields, Screws, Base Plates, Chin straps, Neck rolls, Etc. NOTE: NOT ALL ITEMS LISTED CAN BE DONE ON EVERY HELMET. THE SERVICE PAVILION IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A HELMET IS SENT IN AND A CERTAIN PART IS NOT SERVICEABLE OR REPLACEABLE. EXAMPLE- If you send in a Signet-GT and wanted the liner replaced. We then evaluate your helmet, contact you about the services needed and you find out that liner replacement is not an option for the Signet-GT and that was the only reason you sent the in... TSP is not liable for that error. If you send in a helmet and tell us the incorrect model and you find out it is not serviceable as expected, that is not TSP's responsibility. SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO DISCUSS THAT WITH US AHEAD OF TIME.
Note services cannot be done:
· No Re-lining of the helmet. Meaning the EPS (expanded poly-styrene) liners cannot be replaced.
· No Repairs of the actual shell can be done if fractured or cracked.
· No re-painting or paint touch ups can be done.

Please note: If a helmet is sent in that is not in good or useable condition we will contact the owner and explain the conditions. No portion of the paid $39 fee will be refunded. If there is something that is unsatisfactory with the helmet once returned to customer. Buyer must please contact us first to address the problem.

Helmets must be sent well packaged and insurance is suggested. We will return it in the same container if possible. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
