All items are sold AS-IS and if a manufactures warranty applies, the manufacture is responsible. We test used products and ship only known working items (unless stated in the ad). If the buyer receives an item for some reason the buyer has problems with the item, the buyer is responsible for shipping of the item back to Surplus Trading Corporation. DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All shipping occurs on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Products usually ship out the same day or next business day after your payment has been made. Orders placed on Friday will typically not ship until Monday! We are closed and do not ship during Any USA holidays. Please allow extra time during these times for your packages to arrive to you. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship via USPS and UPS. International Customers please contact us for shipping prices. We do not calculate customs costs in the Shipping and Handling. The Buyer is responsible for all customs and duty costs.
RETURNS
All items are sold AS-IS and if a manufacturer's warranty applies, the manufacturer is responsible. New items will not be opened prior to shipping. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to Surplus Trading. Returns must be approved, in advance, and with a RMA number supplied by Surplus Trading. If item states free freight, there still is a cost associated with outbound shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for charges. 14 Days from purchase.
