Return/Exchange term:
Altered, damaged, modified or used items will NOT be accepted.
Refunds will not be issued due to poor installation or the customer's inability to install the part themselves.
Shipping fees will not be reimbursed and we will Not accept COD(Cash on Delivery ) returns.
Return address:
If you need to return it, Please contact us to ask the return address. Please don't return by yourself, otherwise we cann't receive the returning products.Item must be returned in its original and unused condition.

Damaged in transit:
Remember to check your product prior to signing for delivery!Please open your package and check the product is it OK. Especially the box looks damaged, after checking, if product looks broken, refuse the package and contact us immediately.We need pictures of the damaged item and of the box it came with.
Incorrecct part(the item you received is different than what was paid for):
If you receive the incorrect item , contact us immediately.We need pictures of the incorrect item and of the box it came in before sending out your replacement or refund.
Defective or damaged part inside the box:
If you receive a defective or damaged item,contact us immediately.We need pictures of the damaged item and of the box it came in before sending out your replacement or refund.
Lost in transit:
If your package is lost in transit,a replacement or refund will only be issued after a lost claim has been approved by the shipping company.
