We use all FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS for our shipments according to our arrangements. Once your payment clears, it will usually take us no more than 2 (two) business days to have your order shipped out. You will be notified by email from our carrier as per the status of your shipment the same day it goes out. The Shipping fees posted in the ad are for locations inside the 48 lower States only. The shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and to all other Countries will be higher, so please ask us for a quote and don't forget to provide us with your zip code (postal code) for an accurate estimation. All our shipments are Insured against Loss and Damage and include all handling fees. However custom duty and taxes will be Extra and are not our responsibility, so you may want to ask in your local authority for the fees and taxes your country will be charging you. For our customer in Canada, we will ask for the Custom fees ahead of shipping and we will be using FedEx Ground as our only method of shipping. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O and non Paypal confirmed addresses. International eBayers will need to provide a phone number as it is a requirement by our Carrier. Local Buyers from the New York City area will also need to provide a contact phone number to arrange a courtesy next day Truck delivery if one is decided (The shipping fees will remain the same). Due to our Lease agreement, we will not be able to accommodate local pickups from any warehouse, so please do not ask us. Many of the products we carry are Oversize packages according to all carriers and that is the reason for some of the high shipping cost you will see. If we can find a cheaper way, we will not spare you the saving.

Q: Why are your prices so low compared to my local retail store?
Answer: *CarStuffNYC* has been in the automotive industry for over 10 years and have had access to the lowest wholesale prices from the largest distributors in the market. Your local retail store most likely pays more for their merchandise than we do.
Q: I live near *CarStuffNYC* - Can I just pick up my item to avoid shipping fees?
Answer: Unfortunately, due to our lease agreement, all of our warehouses cannot be used as retail locations, therefore, we cannot accommodate walk-in customers. However, we are working a deal with our shipping carriers to be able to offer you free shipping on most products.
Q: Can I bid if I live outside of the U.S.?
Answer: You are welcome to bid from outside the U.S but please, do be aware of the following: The shipping charges will be higher, you might be charged custom fees by your local authorities and the product may not be allowed by the Motor-vehicle Authorities in your country. *CarStuffNYC* cannot guarantee the legality of use of our products outside of the U.S.A.
Q: How much is shipping for this item?
Answer: If you live inside the 48 lower states, the shipping fees are the ones listed in the auction. Otherwise, you will need to provide us with your location (zip code / postal code) and ask us for a quote prior to bidding.
Q: I am bidding on other items - does *CarStuffNYC* offer combined shipping discounts?
Answer: Most of our products are individually packaged, therefore we cannot combine shipping, but *CarStuffNYC* will honor a discount if more than one item is ordered.
Q: I am interested in one of your products but I am not sure if it's for the pair or for just one side?
Answer: All of our products that are mounted in pairs, are sold in pairs. We do not sell single sides (only complete sets). Nerf bars, tail light guards, tail lights, headlights, halogen bulbs, trimming for the lights, etc; are all sold in complete sets.
Q: Who should I contact in case of warranty issues?
Answer: You should contact *CarStuffNYC* with any warranty concerns and we will contact the original manufacturer with the issue. You will need a proof of purchase (with your name) for us to follow through with the manufacturer.
Q: How long can I wait before I pay for my item?
Answer:From the moment an auction ends or a Buy It Now is chosen, you have exactly 7 days to complete payment. On the 10th day, we must cancel the transaction, re-post the item for sale and file with eBay for a refund of Final Value Fees that we incurred on the sale. Please note: if you are waiting on multiple items, your checkout must be completed within 7 days of your FIRST item being won.
Q: My item got lost/damaged in shipping. What should I do?
Answer: You should contact the carrier within 48hours of receipt of your product and file a damage/loss claim. *CarStuffNYC* will only issue a replacement if your claim is approved by the shipping company.
Q: Is it easy to install my product on my own?
Answer: Most listed products are for the Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts. However, if you have never done any mechanical work before, we highly recommend professional help. Power tools are very highly recommended.
Q: Do I need to drill holes into my vehicle chassis to install my product?
Answer: Most of our products do not need any drilling unless specified. Small holes are required for a few tail light guard applications for proper install and some bull bars require slits cut through the bumper skirt.
Q: Where do you acquire your listed products from?
Answer: We have the best contacts within all major brand companies in the automotive industry and can acquire the highest quality products for the most affordable costs. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for something that you don't see in our store, just give us a call and we will price you reasonably.
