• For large items that require Freight shipping a valid phone number is required to call and schedule your delivery
• Depending on the destination, the delivery dates can vary from 3 to 12 days.

Returns/Fees:

• All items qualify for returns within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping on any item that is not damaged
• Inventory on eBay changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items.
• If the buyer is new, the order might be cancelled.
• When the buyer provides inaccurate address such as “Insufficient Address” or “Undeliverable as Address”, the order will be cancelled and the buyer would be charge 25% restocking fee. The shipping fee will not be refunded.
• When the item is return, there will be restocking fee of 20%.
