Returns:Customer satisfaction is our top priority, please review the following return information:
(1) To ensure proper and timely credit, a Merchandise Return Authorization (MRA) number is required for all returns. Any returns without a MRA # may not get processed. To obtain a MRA #, please contact us through eBay messaging.
(2) Please fill out the return form completely (located on the back of the packing slip, including comments, and return it with the package along with the MRA.
(3) The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
(4) The shipments of all returns that are not the fault of Roadrunner Auto Parts (RRAP) are the responsibility of the consumer. A return label will not be issued.
(5) Upon receipt and inspection of the product, the buyer's PayPal account will be credited, less the original shipping cost.
(6) The customer is responsible for transportation/shipping costs associated with the return.
(7) Properly re-package the item in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING, with ALL manufacturer documentation, included items, pieces, hardware and instructions associated with the packaged product (i.e.: just make sure everything is returned as it was received).
(8) Items that have been used, installed or disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation are NOT RETURNABLE.
(9) IT IS THE POLICY OF ROADRUNNER AUTO PARTS NOT TO ACCEPT PACKAGES DELIVERED BY DHL OR WITHOUT VALID MRA #.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
