Warranty terms
One year warranty
1. All our products are warranted to be free from detect in the material and workmanship for one year from the date you purchase.
2. Within the warranty period, eWay Online Store will, at its sole option, repair any components which fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.

Exclusions
1. The warranty doesn’t cover the result from accidents, unauthorized tamper or attempt to modify, use of the third party accessories, in purpose or consequential damage.We will not responsible for any damage due to incorrect installation.
2. Elimination of externally generated static or noise, or the correction of antenna problems or weak television reception.
3. Damage or loss due to environmental causes such as floods, airborne fallout, chemicals, salt, hail, windstorms, lightning or extreme temperatures.
4. Damage by human with wrong operation;
5. Use in not allowed environment or condition such as: power, environment temperature, humidity, lighting strike to damage the equipment.
Import Tax
1. All the import duties, tax and charges are not include in the item price or shipping cost, it is the responsibility of the purchaser.
2. Please contact your country’s customs office to make sure what these additional costs are prior to purchaser and remark the information when you please the order.
