About Our Parts
We try to describe our parts for sale as accurately as possible, with the original or genuine part number if available. Sometimes we do not know what a part belongs to so we list it as model unknown. We have over 30,000 parts online from many different makes & models.
Our parts are sourced from auctions, closed down dealerships and country garages etc. We try to buy mainly new old stock parts which could be a genuine manufacturer part or an aftermarket brand part (made in the same era as the car).
Our description will state new old stock (genuine) or (aftermarket) sometimes it will be a second hand part (genuine). The picture will always form the main part of the description. NOS parts have sometimes been passed from dealer to dealer over the years and never been used on a car, but will have some shelf wear from years of storage. Many of our parts range from 30 to 80 years old. They are not going to look like a recently manufactured part.

- All our parcels will go through Australia Post or Fastway with tracking.
- Large parcels will go through TNT, quotation give on request when supplied with a postcode & suburb.
- Parcels need to be signed for on delivery, or clear instructions given if a parcel can be left unattended on the property. TNT charge a futile delivery fee of $20.00.
- We will combine postage on all sales, including our online store , www.abouttimespares.com.au . If you are purchasing more than one item please ask for a combined postage cost before payment is made.
- We will post to the postal address in Paypal please make sure those details are current on checkout.

Please understand when purchasing we are unable to offer returns or refunds, due to the age of our parts. We describe our parts as accurately as possible with the information available, but this can only be taken as a guide.
Please let us know ASAP if there is any problem with an order received, so we can work out a solution before leaving us a negative feedback.
There is no refund, exchange or warranty on second hand goods, workshop manuals, sales literature, magazines & books.
All postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
