New Returns must be made within 30 days. During the December Holidays, the deadline is extended to Jan. 30th. Returns made without an authorization will delay processing and will be subject to a 15% handling charge. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been fully/partially installed or used. Products not in refundable condition will be returned to customer at customer’s expense.
