You are bidding on the 9.9hp MARINER-MERCURY outboard boat motor that you see in the pics below. This nice, clean motor starts right up and runs great. This low hour motor is in excellent shape and all original with no welds, damage, repairs or repainting. The motor is extremely clean and in excellent shape overall. All of the original paint and decals look perfect with no fading and shine like new. As you can see under the hood is super clean. The lower skeg is nearly perfect with hardly a scratch. The prop is in like new condition as well. This motor runs very well, starts right up, idles nice low and smooth, throttles up with no hesitation, has great power and pumps cooling water well. These 4-stroke motors run extremely well. They don't smoke and shake like the old 2-strokes and are much better on gas. The shifter is built into the throttle and shifts into forward, neutral and reverse smoothly. This is a Wisconsin motor so has never been used in salt and only seen short summers. The motor is a long shaft (made for a boat with a 20" transom) tiller operated, 4-stroke, 2-cylinder with manual (recoil) start. The winner of the auction will be very pleased with this nice, smooth running outboard as it looks, operates, and functions just how you would want it to. I offer this outboard on a 10 DAY - NO RESERVE auction. As this motor is used I do sell it AS-IS, but please know that I go through all of the motors I sell very closely and take care of any issues that I find before they leave. If picking the motor up locally I would be happy to start and run it for you at that time.

The state of Wisconsin does not register or title outboard motors, therefore this motor does not have a title. I can issue a bill of sale with the motor which is all you would need to obtain a new one should your state require titles. 5.5% WI sales tax applies to anyone picking up locally.
