By placing your order you agree to the following conditions:

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, if applicable, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 14 days of delivery. 

It is the customer's responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.
After receiving the item the customer has 14 days to contact us for any returns or exchanges.

All merchandise must be returned in resalable conditions within 10 days of contacting us for return. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 We strive to maintain low prices for all our customers. Please help us by making sure that you purchase the parts that you need. Customers that return parts because they did not need them or purchased them incorrectly will be responsible for the shipping charge incurred by the seller in delivering the order. Only partial refunds will be granted. 

If you have any doubts regarding your parts, please contact us before placing your order. 

Returns of parts correctly sold will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. 

Modified or pressed parts cannot be accepted. 

Because electronic parts can be damaged during installation we cannot accept returns on these parts.
